Our guides are written by the GoFo Tracking Editorial Team. These are the rules we follow.

Independence

We are not affiliated with GOFO or any other carrier and do not accept payment to cover, rank or recommend a carrier. If we ever add advertising or affiliate links, they will be clearly labelled and will not influence what we write.

How we research

  • Hands-on testing. We check status names, number formats and behaviour against GOFO's public tracking service.
  • Public sources. We use information published by GOFO and other reputable sources.
  • No guesswork presented as fact. Where something is a typical range or our own observation, we say so.

Accuracy and updates

Every guide shows the date it was last updated. We review guides regularly and when carriers change how tracking works. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we'll correct it quickly.

Clarity

We write in plain English for people who just want to know where their parcel is. We avoid jargon, and we always point readers to the seller or carrier for anything we can't help with.
